Research shows that a balanced work-life
combination creates harmony in both professional and personal life, and it is
seen as a vital path to organizational success. This article aims to find out
the reasons behind the work-life imbalance among working women in Bangladesh. As
a result, support from the organization is believed to be helpful in
maintaining work-life balance.
