This article is written from the view of contingency
theory. It analyses the types of Chinese college student cadres’
leadership style and the types’ connection with gender, organization
functions and performance. At the same time, it explores the most
suitable style for the college student organization, and hopes to
provide some relevant recommendations to higher education’s talent
cultivation.
